Militaria Medal; Military General Service Medal 1793–1814, "Chrysler's Farm" Clasp to '' JEAN, DUBOIS. CANADIAN MILITIA''. Only veterans of the War of 1812 who survived until 1847 were eligible to apply for this medal. Please note that particular issue is not named in the typical style for this medal, which suggests that it has likely been renamed. With some assistance, we were able to find a Jean Babtiste Dubois who served in the Canadian Militia during the War of 1812 however there are no records confirming or not that he was part of this particular conflict and/or recieved the said medal and clasp. Review carefully and bid accordingly.
